- Timeline: Typically reviewed within 1-2 business days
Meaning: Operations Support is evaluating the request
- Action: May request additional information from submitter
- Who sees it: Creator and Operations Support
- Duration: Varies based on request complexity
Meaning: Request approved and work has begun
- Action: Implementation underway
- Who sees it: All relevant stakeholders
- Updates: Progress tracked and communicated
Meaning: Request fulfilled successfully
- Action: No further action required
- Who sees it: All relevant stakeholders
- Documentation: Outcomes recorded for reference
Meaning: Request not approved
- Action: Review rejection reasons provided
- Who sees it: Creator and Operations Support
- Options: Revise and resubmit or discuss alternatives
EOS Task Statuses
Section titled “EOS Task Statuses”Meaning: Task created but work not yet begun
- Action: Begin working on assigned subtasks
- Visibility: All assigned team members
Meaning: One or more subtasks are being worked on
- Action: Continue completing subtasks
- Tracking: Progress updated regularly
Meaning: All subtasks finished successfully
- Action: Task closed, no further action needed
- Review: Outcomes documented
Meaning: Task deadline has passed
- Action: Urgent attention required to complete
- Escalation: May require management intervention
Schedule & User Statuses
Section titled “Schedule & User Statuses”Meaning: Schedule preferences submitted but not finalized
- Action: Awaiting review and approval
- Editable: Can still be modified by submitter
Meaning: Schedule confirmed and active
- Action: Ready for CIPHR synchronization
- Changes: Require approval process
Meaning: Schedule data sent to payroll system
- Action: Schedule is live and operational

Meaning: User can log in and access assigned features
- Access: Normal system access
- Permissions: Based on assigned role
Meaning: Account temporarily disabled
- Action: Contact administrator to reactivate

- Action: User must complete initial login and profile setup
