Upload CIPHR holiday data files and review processed data with automated conflict detection and status tracking.

  • Upload method: Drag and drop or click to browse
  • Processing: Files are automatically processed after upload
  1. Drag file to upload area or click “Drop your file here, or click to browse”
  2. Select .xlsx file (max 10MB)
  3. Click “Upload” button
  4. System processes file and displays results in CIPHR Data Review section
  • Employee Name: Staff member name from CIPHR data
  • Absence Type: Type of absence (e.g., “Absence”)
  • Start Date: Absence start date
  • End Date: Absence end date
  • CIPHR Status: Processing status with color coding
  • Schedule Status: Conflict status with existing schedules
  • Line Manager: Assigned manager for the employee

CIPHR Status:

  • Pending Awaiting processing
  • Approved Successfully processed

Schedule Status:

  • Conflict Conflicts with existing schedule
  • Verified by CIPHR: No scheduling conflicts detected

  • Status Filtering: Use “Filter by CIPHR status” to focus on conflicts
  • Manual Review: Review conflicted entries and resolve manually
  • Manager Coordination: Contact line managers for conflict resolution
  • Check file is .xlsx format and under 10MB

  • Wait for file processing to complete
  • Check if file contains valid CIPHR data
  • Refresh page to see updated results
