- User Account Management - Creating, editing, and tracking all user accounts
- Role Assignment - Assigning appropriate roles and permissions
- Team Organization - Organizing users into functional teams
- Access Control - Managing system access and feature permissions
- Account Lifecycle - Managing accounts from creation to deactivation
User Account Management Interface
Section titled “User Account Management Interface”Comprehensive view of all user accounts in the system.
- Full Name: Complete user identification
- Email Address: Contact information and login credential
- Role: Assigned system role and permissions
- Status: Account status with color-coded indicators
- Date Created: Account creation timestamp
- Actions: Management options for each account
Find specific users quickly using search and filter options.
- Search Users: Search by name, email, or other criteria
- Role Filter: Filter by specific roles (All Roles dropdown)
- Status Filter: View active, inactive, or specific status users
- Real-time Results: Instant filtering as you type
Navigate through large user lists efficiently.
- Results Display: Shows “Showing 1 to 7 of 61 results”
- Page Navigation: Previous and Next buttons
- Bulk Management: Handle large numbers of user accounts

System Roles and Permissions

User Account Statuses
Section titled “User Account Statuses”All users in the system currently show as Active status.
- Active Badge: Green “Active” indicator for all operational users
- Full Access: Complete access to assigned role permissions
- Normal Operations: All system features available
- Regular Monitoring: Ongoing access and activity tracking
Additional status options for account management.
- Pending Setup: Account created, awaiting configuration
- Training: Limited access during onboarding period
- Suspended: Temporarily disabled access
- Deactivated: Permanently disabled, data retained
Account Management Features
Section titled “Account Management Features”Create new user accounts through the system interface.
- Access via “Create User Accounts” in the management menu
- Set up basic profile information and contact details
- Assign appropriate role based on job function
- Configure initial team assignments
Organize users into functional teams.
- Available through “Team Management” menu option
- Create and modify team structures

User Account Lifecycle

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Check role assignment and permissions for the affected user.
- Verify user role in the Account Management table
- Confirm role includes necessary permissions
- Check account status is “Active”
- Contact Admin for role adjustments if needed
Verify team assignments and user status.
- Check user’s team assignment in Team Management
- Verify account status is “Active”
- Confirm team membership is current
- Update assignments through Admin interface
Use search and filter options effectively.
- Try searching by name, email, or role
- Use “All Roles” filter to see all users
- Check pagination - user may be on another page
- Verify user account still exists and is active
